1. Who we are
REC10X is a service of Carter James BV, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce (KvK) number 42016587, with its registered office at Rietbaan 2, 2908 LP Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands.
Carter James BV is the controller of your personal data. For any question about this statement or about your data, contact us at info@rec10x.com.
2. What data we collect
We keep this deliberately minimal. We collect:
- Name and email address - when you sign up for the training, create an account, or subscribe to our updates.
- Usage data - through analytics cookies: pages visited, time on page, referring website, approximate location (city level), device and browser type.
- Payment data - if you buy a paid training, payment is handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment; we never see or store your full card details.
We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health or political opinions), and we do not ask you for them.
3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

4. Cookies
We use:
- Functional cookies - necessary for the website and your login to work. These are always placed.
- Analytics cookies - Google Analytics, so we can see how the site is used and improve it. These are only placed after you accept them in our cookie banner.
You can change or withdraw your cookie choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer, or by clearing the cookies in your browser.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run REC10X, each under a data processing agreement:
- Lovable - the platform the REC10X website and training run on
- GoDaddy - domain and hosting services
- Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) - website statistics
- Stripe - payment processing
Where a provider stores data outside the European Economic Area, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or on an adequacy decision.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to do so.
6. How long we keep your data
- Account and training data: we keep this for as long as your account exists. You can ask us to delete it at any time and we will do so, unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Invoices and financial records: 7 years, as required by Dutch tax law.
- Analytics data: 24 months.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to our processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, including by clicking "unsubscribe" in any email we send you.
Email info@rec10x.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (TLS), access control, and limiting access to the people who need it.
9. Children
REC10X is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to this statement
We may update this statement from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. We will let you know by email about any significant change.
